RMPro Licensing Options (effective 9/1/2008*)

RiskManagerPro provides pricing tiers for direct licensees that are based upon full-time employee statistics for the end licensee (this includes any/all subsidiaries/holding companies/etc). The headcount is based upon statistics procured from the Bureau of Labor Statistics or BLR reports that are provided as public record by the US Department of Labor.

NOTE: Direct License Costs are done on annual basis (includes all set up costs and 10 hours of training per licensee). Usage is accessed through dedicated, secure logins provided by Topiary and then maintained by each client. The software is accessed securely through a dedicated login screen established for each licensee.

1-499 employees at $5,000 annually with up to three (3) admins included (and $50 per admin over the three) and unlimited general users., 500-1499 employees at $15,000 annually with up to five (5) admins included (and $50 per admin over five) and unlimited general users, and 1,500+ employees at $25,000 annually with up to ten (10) admins included (and discounts available for each admin in excess of the ten admins) and unlimited general users.

In special circumstances, Topiary can license the code to be installed and maintained on a local server supplied by the licensee. This is done on a per client basis where specifications can be clarified prior to quoting license costs.
